Business Analyst Supply Chain
Recently Kramp introduced a new operating model. For Supply Chain Operations we focus on our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution Processes (S&OE) to increase revenue and market share by improving effectiveness of our organisation, whilst increasing our customer service and satisfaction.
We are looking for an ambitious Business Analyst Supply Chain who works with business leaders across the group and the markets to identify, triage, and solve the most challenging business issues faced by Kramp.
What is your role?
As a Business Analyst in Supply Chain Operations you will be involved in creating or improving forecasts (accuracy) and complex analyses to support the business in making strategic decisions.
Your specific daily tasks include:
- Support and contribute to the documentation of “as is” and “to be” processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the “to be” capability to record accurately the change required.
- Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
- Interpret the business need and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level.
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to procedures and processes.
- Deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects while working within an established program management plan.
- Develop stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concerns and reacting to these to support the communication of business information and decisions.
- Contribute information and analysis, and help prepare business cases to inform decision making about development opportunities.
- Contribute to reviewing existing operations in own area of work and generate new ideas to assist in identifying continuous improvements.
You report directly to the Supply Chain Planning Manager (who is based in the Netherlands).
